By the age of 20, Ryan opened her very first chain of tattoo shops, X-Dream X-Pressionz and X2 Ink. Delving into graphics and marketing to personally further the promotions of her self made businesses, the companies boomed! Success was prominent as clientele flooded in and Ryan grew recognition for her talents and go-getter savviness earning her the spot in multiple tattoo publications including Urban Ink. But Ryan’s accomplishments only drove her to continue her prowess as an entrepreneur. Building a studio within X2 Ink, the now dubbed, Lady Redz, began her pursuits as both an artist and talent management opening up the multi-functional establishment, Firework Arts Emporium, under her ILR corporation. Within and alongside this enterprise, she concurrently opened and ran DR Passions Restaurant and Lounge, a T-shirt and press printing department named, “The Indie Sweatshop”, a vending machine company, “ILR Vending”, a party bus company, “The Wild Thang Party Bus”, a media firm specializing in everything from website design, cinematography, photography, and graphic design, her clothing line "Trashed" and “Bang On” franchise owner, Android and IOS app creation, all while founding her non-profit, “L.C.E.” (Lifting Communities Everywhere), and still intensely upkeeping with research on how to build as an organization. Eventually putting her own musical artistry to the side, Ryan grew an immense focus on film and artist development overseeing international and hip-hop talents such as Layla Khepri and Last Suppa.

After the loss of her father in 2013, she liquidated her businesses and traveled for four years public speaking at schools and on panels, broadening her network, and evolving her skills as a well rounded marketing specialist, videographer, and editor. The time spent educating herself landed her several opportune videographer contracts with Nickelodeon, Animal Planet, Lifetime’s popular show, “Dance Moms”, and more. She was also able to work on several campaigns hands on with respected figures such as Ian Burke and Dj Aaries from Atlanta, along with Jeff Cohen, owner of Outerloop Records and Outerloop Management.

Out of the box creativity and a vigorous work ethic lead Ryan to be employed full time as the social media marketing manager at Outerloop Records and creative director for Outerloop Management. Her advantageous decision to work under the two companies proved to be beneficial as she grew her understanding of digital marketing and the newly acquainted world of rock. Implementing her proficiency in marketing and business, Ryan is now currently active more than ever operating as a creative director for Outerloop, talent and tour manager for Layla Khepri, public speaker reaching out to other troubled adolescents through her non-profit, Co-Founder of Indigo Republic (A Media and Marketing Firm and soon to be full functional record label), and highly demanded tattoo artist.
